Labelon Experience Beach Club

Good experience today at the beach. Staff is nice and quick. No one on the beach maybe due to the currently health situation. Our kids could play freely without annoying anyone. A bit expensive though as we paid €160 for 2 gazebo of 3 ppl. But arriving only from 2pm. We’ve been said on the phone on the booking day that afternoon would be a different price, but no. So a bit disappointed on that side. Otherwise good experience and kids loved it.

On 09/10/23 my wife and I realized our dream at Labelon ❤️ It was the best day of our lives. Everything was incredibly perfect, beyond our expectations. We ate food of sublime quality and in great abundance, Maitre Diego together with the director pampered us and served us in an impeccable and professional way. The Labelon Experience Beach Club is undoubtedly an innovative and very well conceived structure, with its two swimming pools, three bars, two restaurants and the beach is never overcrowded (which happens instead in all the neighboring beaches) as its capacity maximum is around 350/400 people, an aspect that gives it its "exclusivity" but unfortunately when the target is raised and you want to create something for a NON-mass audience, the differences are made by the details and care of the guest. Positives: - Staff: very polite and helpful but with some flaws. - Large spaces and little confusion especially on the beach - Great variety of choice between refreshment points and bars - Mini Labelon: completely detached structure for children, ensuring parents minutes of relaxation -Mediterranean Restaurant: the authenticity and attention to the customer signed by "Fenesta Verde" never disappoints, a concise and fresh menu ideal for a day at the seaside. -Cleaning: during the entire stay there were girls to clean the pool area etc (I recommend sweeping under the loungers at the poolside because when you enter the water you see the disposable glasses from the night before) Downsides: - Arrogance: we point out that there had been an error because having booked 4 umbrellas (and consequently 8 deckchairs) there were only 3 umbrellas, the response of the "responsible" on the upper floor is the following: "no, look but YOU have wrong (referring to me) talking to the speakers on the lower floor, he should have talked to me, but don't worry, it'll be resolved, there's plenty of space between one umbrella and another, let's add some sunbeds " So in addition to paying normally I have one less umbrella and also the lecture for not having turned to her (which I didn't know existed) but to the beach point where in FACT the umbrellas are assigned. - Parking: without even saying good morning we were immediately told that with the cost of €5.00 the car had to be placed in the sun because the covered spaces were "finished", (dirt parking) and we noticed that some guests were taken there by golf cart and others don't... So if you put the car outside it's practically the same, I'm fine with paying for parking but at least the coverage... - Checkout: there is only 1 checkout (so there is a queue) where they register you, make you pay, affix the bracelet and then on the receipt they try to write in pen the place you are entitled to "give it to the lifeguard or someone from the staff" ... - External bathrooms on the beach side: absolutely SHAMEFUL, the driveway to access them is made of concrete completely ruined and destroyed (see the photo), the ceiling with beams full of rust, 3 bathrooms and 2 sinks in self-service mode, or rather no 1 sink, the other it didn't have a tap ;) - Changing rooms: we ask if there are changing rooms in addition to the terror baths but the answer is NO! An "Exclusive" club without changing cabins (operation carried out in the bathroom without a coat hanger or anything else) - Beach service: having extra deckchairs for the kids (paid for), we also request mattresses (already present in all the others) but we are told that "they are finished". absence of a small dustbin and a way to call the stewards (you have to raise your hand and call in greengrocer mode or get up and go find one, but what's exclusive about all this?) - Beach catering: the menu is brought to you but when you try to order you are told that only drinks can be brought to the beach and that if you want to eat you can either go to the restaurants or take the nice canteen tray and bring it yourself to the umbrella... Once again exclusivity is a mirage. - Staff: you can see when the staff is inexperienced, many young people placed there but not educated as one would expect from a club of a certain level (fault of the management and not of the kids obviously)
